Typical Session • Environment: A calming environment with soft music and dim lighting is used to enhance the relaxing experience. • Duration: Sessions typically last 45 minutes. • Procedure: The client is usually seated in a comfortable chair, and the therapist performs the massage while the client remains fully clothed. Precautions • Medical Conditions: Individuals with certain medical conditions, such as severe neck injuries, recent surgeries, or infections, should consult a healthcare provider before receiving an Indian Head Massage. • Allergies: Those with allergies to certain oils should inform the therapist to avoid any adverse reactions.
